"AKC Trainer" Question about finding a trainer..

I have been in search of a pet sitter or a boarding facility for Shadow. Close is best since he gets carsick after a 1 or 2 miles. He does not have some of the many vaccinations like Dog Influenza/Lepto that many require. I have had a series of bad experiences with past pet sitters so I am being very careful.
Today I read on nextdoor for my community of about 3000 homes, a new member wrote "I provide Pet boarding, AKC & UKC certfied & licenced dog trainer in my home".
