I’m looking to adopt a Havanese for a reasonable price in NorCal, and this website keeps coming up. The prices are suspiciously good, and I was wondering if anyone had any info about them? I can’t find their location or anything. And, do you have any recommendations for breeders in NorCal in general? I’ve researched so much that I don’t feel like I can anymore.
